Thrive as a Data Controller
As a data controller, Thrive does not share any of your personal data except for the purposes described in this privacy notice and as required by law.
Please note that this privacy policy is specific to personal data that Thrive collects and uses as a data controller. In using Thrive products and services, you and/or your company or other third-party act as the data controller of data to which you give Thrive access. Examples of such data or content include video and image or other personal data contained therein. In such case, Thrive acts solely as the data processor and will only process the data on your behalf as the data controller, in accordance with your instructions and applicable law.
How long do we retain your personal data?
Thrive will not use your personal data for any longer than needed in order to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy. After that, we will delete or permanently de-identify your personal data unless required or entitled by law to retain it, or parts of it.
How can you control / delete / remove your personal data?
